The DCCAT is a free resource designed to assist health plans and health systems in evaluating their current ability to meet the needs of adults with functional limitations. Health plans and health systems can improve their disability competence by using the DCCAT to identify strategic opportunities for improvement. The DCCAT is being re-introduced in a new format that highlights the seven pillars of the Disability-Competent Care model. This new version of the tool allows users to more narrowly assess their disability competence and identify actionable areas for improvement. The webinar will provide a sequential walk-through of the DCCAT and demonstrate how health plans and states can use the tool and its supporting materials to meet the needs of participants. This training will review EVV requirements delineated in section of the 21st Century CURES Act.

Participating jurisdictions should contact the CPD Division in their local HUD Field Offices to obtain the maximum HOME per-unit subsidy limits that apply to their jurisdictions. The Section 234 program insures blanket mortgages for the construction or substantial rehabilitation of multifamily projects to be sold upon completion as individual condominium units. Overtime, these limits issued by HUD have been identical to the Section 221 limits. Consequently, substituting the Section 234 basic mortgage limits for the Section 221 limits is consistent with the intent of NAHA and the implementing provisions of the HOME Final Rule. In accordance with Section 206A of the National Housing Act, HUD has adjusted the basic statutory mortgage limits for Multifamily Housing Programs for calendar year 2022.
